Interviewing with this company is a roller coaster ride. The first interview was a screening test with a personality quiz. Next, I met with the VP and she was very welcoming, honest, and asked non-scripted questions. She immediately told me I was moving on to the second round which I really appreciated knowing I was being considered. Then HR got involved. They sent me multiple emails for follow-up interviews and each was corrected with even more follow-up emails. My second round was finally confirmed two weeks later and I had 4 interviews in one day. I thought this was a little much but I was really interested in the position after I had such a great experience speaking with the VP. The team I interviewed with for the second round was unprepared and I felt like it was an obligation. Questions were routine and easily found with a quick Google search. One even interviewed me from her car. After that round, I reached out to HR multiple times and was ghosted. No responses which are fine if it's a screening interview but if you have a candidate interview with 7 people, have the courtesy to respond.
