Keyence has what is by far the most impersonal application process I have ever encountered. You'd think for a sales role you'd do more talking to real people than individual assessments. After applying you get an HR screening, intelligence test, personality test, and one-way video interview with yourself - all spread out over a number of weeks. Then, if all goes well you'll finally get to talk to a real person - the territory manager.
