Interviewing director was very unprofessional - she had someone else's resume up on the screen and was asking me specifics on their background, she barely paid attention to my answers to the normal questions, and complained about how busy she was. Found out during the process that her entire department quit and needed to be backfilled. Hmmm, wonder why?
