The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen, an interview with the department manager, an interview with the creative director, and an assignment. The interviews and phone screen were all friendly; there was good conversation and relevant questions. The assignment included coming up with a campaign themeline and rationale for a made-up promotion, as well as a direct mail piece, video scripts, and social media posts for the same campaign.
