The process began with online resume submission (I went to the Highmark career site). From here it took approx one week for the first contact. A recruiter contacted me then forwarded my interest to the hiring member(s) at Highmark Pittsburgh. The recruiter contacted me again approx one week later and scheduled my interview. I was then sent an email with the details of my interview appointment on Penn Ave Pittsburgh.

Interview
Interviewed for a Care Manager position with Highmark Health. It was a very casual / conversational interview. Managers made me feel very comfortable and confident. Best interview I have sat through and felt confident at the end of the interview.
