My interview process was everything school prepares you for. There were three steps to this process. It began with a phone call confirming my interest in the position as well as some questions regarding my resume. The following week I had an interview with two individuals via Zoom. These questions were regarding my resume and any past experiences at other jobs. After this, I was asked to take an assessment that measured my Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, math skills, and Grammar competency as well as a personality test. My final and third interview was in person with my supervisor and 2 other people from the department. The interview consisted of questions based of my assessment, past experiences, skills, weaknesses, and strengths.
