Really great conversations with all the team members I spoke with and all have a real deep belief in the company. I believe the cultural fit is very important for the team. All who I spoke with had not only the companies best interest at heart, but also my own as an individual which is nice to see. The Executive Chairman reached out after our interview to offer me career advice and explain why they wouldn't be going forward with my candidacy, which I found to be a very thoughtful thing to do. Overall I'd say it was a very positive experience and I learned a lot that I will be carrying over to other interviews in the future.
