Interview process was pretty easy. Initial phone calls were scheduled with HR person on Linkedin then second video call with hiring managers. Basic top 10 interview type questions were asked, which is actually different from most agencies I have spoken with regarding openings. I was ultimately not offered the job and the reason I was given was because I didn't answer the question "why are you looking to leave your current role." I answered that by stating I was not urgently looking to leave my current role, but I was willing to leave my job for a better opportunity more suited for me and my development. It's pretty off-putting to me that they were more willing to consider candidates that are more desperate in their job search and weren't willing to consider a candidate who also wanted to interview them and be told why the candidate would want to work for their company. It clearly would not have been a good fit for a person who was more selective in their search for a better career.
