Interview
The interview process consists of multiple stages beginning with Junior HR, HR business partner, Hiring manager, Divisional Manager-1 and Divisional Manager-2. Though I expected questions to get harder with progressive rounds, they did not. The questions tend to be repetitive and rather straight forward. Every interviewer seemed to read out the questions from a standard interview guide. Nailing the interview is a piece of cake as long as your formulate your responses in a S-T-A-R format.

Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.

Phone screen with a Hilti-employed recruiter, interviewed with the regional manager, and a final interview with the director of the territory. My interview with the regional manager lasted almost an hour and a half, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.
