I was contacted by an HR technical recruiter a few days after applying online. She asked to set up a time to speak via phone for 30 minutes. I was expecting it to be a general HR screen so I prepared by researching the company as well as thinking over standard interview questions. The actual interview was a full blown 30 minute behavioral question interview. I would highly suggest to spend time preparing for the phone screen as you would a regular in depth behavioral interview.
