Excellent from day one! I initially worked with DJ who was fantastic and after my initial interview he recommended me for the role above. I then worked with Stacy who was also excellent and guided me through the process. Overall I had three interviews - the team was very thorough and quick with follow up. The questions were mostly behavioral and some situational. I highly recommend Hilti's interview process to anyone, they really put in 110% to make the candidate feel welcome.
