I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Hilti North America (Plano, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
I had a great experience interviewing with Hilti. The process had 3 interviews: one phone call with recruiter, one video interview with manager and team member, and one last video interview with director.
The communication between those steps was made in a timely manner, and everyone that I virtually met showed an honest interest in helping me learn more about the company and the role to make sure it was a good fit for both parties. I highly recommend the company based on this process.
