They asked about favorite type of food and then asked how I would describe my favorite meal to demonstrate how I would describe menu items or customers and enthusiasm for product. Hotel industry is all about customer experience so many questions dealt with that and how you would create an inviting environment for them, handle problems, and keep them coming back.
