Application & Screening: Apply through the Hilton careers website, followed by document screening.
Phone Interview: Initial screening (30 minutes) regarding background and motivation.
Video Interview (HireVue): Candidates record answers to 5-7 pre-defined questions.
Face-to-Face/Panel Interviews: In-depth interviews by HR and department heads.
Situation/Skills Tests: Sometimes there are additional tests such as personality, ability, or analysis tests.
