The day after I applied online, I received an invitation for a digital interview. I completed it later that evening. It was pretty self explanatory, but a little nerve-racking since it was a new experience and on top of that you are giving your first impression. The next day I received an email saying that my application was not successful. Not surprising since I said that the hourly wage they offered was not exactly what I was looking for.

The interview with that employer went well. It must have been a 45minutes interview with basic interview questions for which i answer with my best abilities. But i was overlooked for other candidate.

First there is an initial screening phone interview with a remote HR representative then a three person panel interview with two directors of sales and the office manager that conduct a more in depth interview.

Quick process. I was contacted by a recruiter and completed a phone interview with the Directors. A week later I had a face to face interview with the Directors and a Senior Sales Manager.
