The technological environment is constantly evolving, and hotels are continuously overwhelmed by integrating new developments. Augmented reality (AR) represents a possible solution which has been extensively embraced during recent years. The reality behind the increase of AR in the hospitality industry represents the amount of information visitors to the hotel have a tendency to question extra. Augmented reality technologies will be able to deliver lots of relevant information quickly accessible to customers (Revfine.com, 2019).
During March 2016, Hilton introduced the robot Connie – the world's first Watson-assisted robot concierge in the hotel industry and was tested in Virginia, US. Hilton mission stands to become the world’s most welcoming company. Connie has been designed to augment guests’ experiences through offering detailed information about local tourist destinations, dining suggestions and facilities available at the hotel
They were very pleasant. The additional duties with food was an interesting twist. The hourly pay was low with little commission. They played up the opportunity to make large tips.

It was Smooth,the interview process was well structured and professional. The team asked insightful questions that tested both technical skills and cultural fit. The questions was clear, and I felt respected throughout. Overall, a positive experience that gave me a good impression of the company's work environment.

They asked about the health conditions and can stand long hours
It was not hard to answer all the questions. I had interview with them twice and that was it. There was so tricky questions. HR was nice and it took about 30 mins.
