Interview
A tad on organized but for the most part they really focus on getting to know you as a person instead of your skills in the job field. They were very general questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked how I would help supervise and manage new employees given they were having a hard time getting new employees to follow their expectations
Fairly simple interview I was just asked why i wanted to work there then told about the job mainly asked where i lived and my flexibility. It was very informal if im honest.
The interview process was seamless. Basically ask some behavioral questions and then they explain what the job entails. The interviewer was very informative and great to communicate with. Overall it was a great experience. Will recommend anyone to work there
Filled out an online application. There was an acknowledgment to my application. Then a quick phone interview. Followed by an invitation to a Zoom interview at the time. Follow up with an in-person interview.
