I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hinge in Jan 2024
Interview
Started one week with a general video call, A couple days later the sent an assessment for me to do online and send back. I finished that and had to wait another week and then they said I had two more interviews. Did both of those and thought I did well.
After that, I had to wait about 3 weeks before finally getting told I didn't get the job. I don't understand that process or why it took so long for them to make a decision, but I was disappointed overall.
