I applied through a friend's referral.
Overall, I found the interview process to be well organized, transparent, and fair. One thing I appreciated was that there were no DSA-style coding questions throughout the process.
After my initial conversation with the recruiter, I had an interview with the hiring manager. From there, I was given a take-home assignment that involved building a feature similar to one in the Hinge app. After submitting it, I was invited to two follow-up technical interviews, where I expanded on the same project by implementing additional features.
The final round was a culture interview, which was essentially a behavioral interview.
Overall, every interview felt fair and aligned with what had been communicated beforehand. I was never surprised by an unexpected interview format or asked to do something I wasn't prepared for.
