5 rounds: HR, Hiring Manager, Business case with HR and Hiring Manager, Psychological assessment, discussion with Psychologist. Whilst the business case was rather easy, it still felt as if they tried to collect my intellectual property as questions could have been easily asked during the different interviews. In the 3rd call, the business call has barely been discussed. Hiring Manager questions were very intrusive, related to matrimonial status, and all other private questions that are not legal in the EU. The assessment lasted 3-4h, and you are basically monitored by the person while you take it. The Psychological is basically a disguised IQ test. The Psychologist was extremely rude, by far in the top 3 of my worse interview experiences. After spending 7h of calls + cca. 20h of work on the business case, and they yet ghosted me, which speaks volume. I took another offer as I have never received any answer regarding my application.
