Interview
It is always the same story for them, calls you and sets up an interview , tells that you are the ideal candidate they have been looking for, rushes you into giving references, and informs you that they want to finish the process within the next couple of weeks... then magically days becomes weeks then it becomes months still no call back. No courtesy of informing the candidates, no respect for humans... I have been employed there earlier still the story remained the same. Terrible HR's both in Ludvika and Västerås.

you are asked refreshing , totally unheard of questions like , have you ever been angry at work, why do you want to quit, where do you picture yourself in 10 years..
I applied online and received a call from a recruiter about 10 days later. I then had an initial interview with the hiring team, which went well. However, I did not receive any follow-up from the recruiter after that round.

I completed multiple interview rounds over four months, but haven’t received any update since. I’m feeling ghosted. Tried reaching out to the HR multiple times, no response for mails and the call goes to voice mail straight.
Pretty straight forward process. The HR screen, followed by hiring manager, then a team interview, and one last interview with the hiring manager. I reviewed and negotiated with the recruiter
