The interview involved a phone screen and then what's called a Super Week. Super Week was three days of different events: first a group session where a group of about 3 candidates are given a limited amount of time to work together to solve a problem; then a traditional interview with some of the leaders of the program; then a Q&A session where candidates can ask current participants about the program. The leaders are looking to evaluate candidates' enthusiasm to work in the energy industry, as well as their willingness to learn and try new things.

Very slow process, around two months between when I submitted my application and when I had my screening call with the program coordinator. About a month in I was sent a link to do some online assessments. Despite him saying that I would hear back regardless of if I moved on to the next round of interviews, I never heard back again. Easy interview questions, but found inaccuracies in the posting, it seems like they just copy and pasted the US stuff for the Canada position so overall found it unprofessional.
