Recruiter reached out via Linkedin, great conversation. process with the company was a disaster, interviewers not engaging and without asking meaningful questions, seems uninterested. After 4 interviews and request for next stage, they sent an app automatic email that process is not move on. After asking to hiring manager via email, did not receive an answer. Had to went back to the recruiter to get an answer.

The interview process goes through 4 interviews.
1. At the first contact, you talk with someone from HR where the idea is to introduce the candidate to the role.
2. Then you have an interview with a Senior designer that will assess your personality and fitness for the role and where you introduce yourself to your future co-workers.
3. You talk with the same senior designer that you talked about before and with the director of product design. Here you'll be asked some questions meant to assess your knowledge.
4. The final interview where contract details should be discussed.
