They don't respect job candidates' wishes.
I got contacted by a Hitachi Vantara recruiter on LinkedIn. After discussions with the recruiter, informed him that I am no longer interested in that or any other positions at his company. Some time later, their talent acquisition team sent me an email saying that they will still keep my information for "future opportunities".
