I was called by the recruiter, got the first interview scheduled at 1 pm on a particular date. At 12.45 I get a call from recruiter to reschedule to 7pm and I agreed. At 7pm I joined the meeting link and there was no interviewer till 10 mins, I connected the support team at flocareer, they told panel is not available again requested to reschedule. Got it rescheduled to next day 1pm. Next day I join the call, there was issue with the interview platform, had to take the interview on phone and video in laptop. Interviewer was ready with his set of 10 questions. Didn't even bother to share his name nor ask me any background. I asked his good name so that I could greet him, he told thats fine and without a breath started with his 10 questions. Aws profile and only 1 aws question. Non of aws Devops questions. None on normal devops questions. 5-6 questions on python. Just not what was written on the jd. Not a single question on my current experience . Once done with his question. Abruptly , okay i am done , thank you and done disconnected. Never felt so embarrassed and made a fool out of me to have anticipated so much from such a hopeless guy and company. Reflected how the company behaves with their colleagues. Results are not out but i will be glad if not selected. Full lack of professionalism and wate of time and lack of respect.
