Their recruitment process is really smooth for a company this big. They reached out to me around 10 days after I applied online, we then set a call and they provided all the instructions I needed (timezone, the app I had to install, etc). The hiring managers were really kind and nice, I could see they were paying great attention and were interested in what I was sharing as they would often refer to those details later on in the interview. They didn't seem too prepared so it was a bit awkward sometimes, but overall one of the best interview experiences I had recently. Getting the feedback was a challenge tho. I sent a follow-up email 2 weeks after the interview and got no replies. I was later rejected nearly 1 month after the interview.

Interview
The whole itv process are quite long. It took me around more than a month for the whole process. There are 3 interviews and 1 pre-offering process. First itv is with your upcoming teammates, second itv is with their head of community, and third itv is with their HRBP and Head of Globalization. Actually, itv stages are great, all people seems quite nice and the questions asked is also a fair enough question. But, the problem came when entering the pre-offering stage. I really remembered clearly that the TA that contacted me saying the updates about the official offer will be send in 2 working days. But, it took 3 weeks, until now, that I haven’t had any feedback. I even follow up twice and they seem to always have unclear reasons. They give us a fake timeline that just actually leads to be ended up even longer. They keep saying “we’ll get back asap” but, yeah they never get back. It would be much appreciated if the company could communicate transparently of what is going on, whether this is on hold or not, rejected or not. Don’t leave candidate hanging as it is really frustrating. Candidate will also think that the company didn’t appreciate the time and effort given by just keep us hanging.
