The interview process goes like this: #1 recruiter round #2 team lead round #3 VP & regional lead round #4 hiring manager round My experience with the hiring process was outrageous, not because I wasn't hired, but because my time as a candidate wasn't respected after all. I applied in January and got rejected in May. The whole process took me 4 months, and I see the productivity is unacceptably poor. This period was conducted by 2 Zoom calls (1 recruiter and 1 team lead) and multiple email conversations about the delays due to internal reasons. My interviews also showed a severe communication problem between HR and business departments. Duties for this role from the job board, the recruiter and the team lead, changed all the time when I discussed the details with them. Plus, the interviewers didn't properly answer my questions, which I came across from a landing page relatively close to the position I applied for. It shouldn't take a candidate 4 months to hear they are no longer considered. Don't waste their time.
