I submitted an application online and was contacted the next day via email to set up and complete a video interview. The video interview consisted of an introduction and a few basic questions in which my answers could be recorded multiple times until I was happy with the answer. After that the site supervisor called me to set up an in-person interview. My interview lasted about 30 minutes. I interviewed with the supervisor and lead technologist. HR then required 5 references, 2 of which were former supervisors. They sent each of the references a survey to fill out about me and my qualifications. After the references were obtained HR conducted a background check which was actually completed really really fast. About 3 weeks after my original application HR contacted my to offer me the position.
