Interview
Phone interview first with recruiter with typical interview questions and then she sent me a form to fill out more answers to interview questions with scenario type questions. The recruiter will warn you that there is an in-depth background check and you will also need 5 professional references within 24 hours. Have them ready, you will need phone numbers and email addresses. Then an in-person interview with unit manager. She asked many scenario type questions as well.

Interview
I met with the director of the unit and also with the charge nurse that was on that day. They asked a few different behavioral type questions. Also, why I chose that hospital. It was a surgical floor so they also asked me one question about a patient scenario.

Interview
very straightforward, quick and professional. I was contacted by the nurse requite first and then on to the unit manager.
There was a panel interview and a skills test. Nothing out of the ordinary for an RN position. Of course there is a urine drug screen.
I was also given a tour of the department, and met some of the other staff.
When I accepted, I received an email from the staff that I met to welcome me. This made me feel very welcomed.
