Horribly unprofessional interview process. Would not accommodate me with either a later interview date or a virtual interview despite not being in town at the time - had to make a day trip which wouldn’t have been that much of a problem if they’d responded to my follow ups. Interview itself was fine, casual lunch interview with clarifying questions about my resume. Then, I was ghosted. Two follow up emails and a phone call were ignored by the hiring manager. If you’re going to knowingly make me drive for hours to the interview, the very least you can do is send an automated rejection email. Dodged a bullet with this company.
