I met my recruiter at my college's career fair. They took all of the potential candidates out to dinner, where we met with a few employees from the Orlando office. I drove to Orlando with a few other students for the formal interview process. There we each interviewed with 4-5 people on the Orlando team. The interview was very relaxed and felt more like a conversation.
