I was asked behavioral questions such as how would you handle a situation if you disagreed with the supervisor? Or How would you deal with a customer that had an issue and was starting to get irate?They also make you take a math test be prepared to do it with out a calculator.

Interview
The interview is relatively easy. They will go over your application and ask questions about your experiences with your former employer, and what made you decide to work for Hobby Lobby. If you make it past the interview, you will be given a math test. Math test is pretty basic questions as well.
The Interview process was very easy. My interview was very basic and relaxing. But very tricky at the moment of the question. I think I will get it. Very nice person who made the interview.
