I received an email asking to do a Phone interview then I would have to do a Assessment test after that a Face to face interview with a follow up with

Very long process. Phone interview, in person interview, reference checks, and online assessment. They make you come up with several people willing to to do your online reference checks. This can be very difficult if your still working and do not want others to know your applying.

They first start with a phone interview, then they will set up a face to face interview and then have you arrange a tour of a store by the store manager, this Q&A time for both the store manager and interviewee.
