I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2019
Interview
had to take a math test and answer super basic questions. the test is no calculator about finding discounts but won't need that skill while actually using the register. other questions were basic and they obviously take to people answering about faith and religion.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Pensacola, FL)
Interview
Extremely easy. Was during seasonal so management let pretty much anybody in. Had to take a quick test, which was easy enough. The woman who interviewed me was very personable during the process.
It was very smooth process. They asked me 4 or 5 questions and then let me ask questions. They gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to the other people working there.
The interview process was swift and easygoing. The managers had great personalities and were easy to communicate with. They made you feel at home before you even started the interview.
