Extremely relaxed and informal. Minimal questions and went straight from those questions to filling out the paperwork. They were desperate to hire and I was working the next day. I imagine it will be the same for future hires as well. We have a high turnaround rate so when there's interviews to be done- we need someone as quick as possible.

Interview
Walk in the front door of the store, tell the CSM (red lanyard) that you're there for an interview. Wait at the front for a few minutes, the store manager will come to greet you. Very friendly and understanding, basic general questions regarding job priorities.

Interview
Was asked a couple questions and was given a basic math test. Simple questions, easy answers such as whether or not I want to attend school or what I plan to do with the company.
Was real easy, first job interview as 16 year old. Everything went as expected. Just went over my application. I had been recommended by a current employee. Not much to it.
