Interview
Super basic questions, like why do you want to work at HL, have you ever delt with upset or difficult customers, etc. If they offer an interview, it seems they are ready to offer you a position and the interview is just to make sure there are no legitimate reasons why it wouldn't be a good fit
(either for you or for the company) Honestly, it's one of the easiest interviews you'll ever have.
Applied online, received a call 15 minutes later for an interview. Met with the store manager the next day for 30 minutes. Basically reviewed my resume, took a math quiz that consisted of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division & percentages. Once I passed the test, I was offered the job & given my vest with name tag. I showed up the next day for orientation. Very simple.
I applied online. I then got a phone call to come in for an interview. Did the interview in person with the store manager. Received a call back that I got the job.
