I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Southlake, TX) in Sep 2023
Interview
Simple and generic questions, very kind interviewer (Southlake, TX), very quick and simple process, I turned in my application and was interviewed and hired on the same day
Surprise math test, but mainly simple word problems like “you have X amount of an item and Y fit on the shelf, how many more do you need to fill the shelf?”
I applied online. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Pensacola, FL)
Interview
Extremely easy. Was during seasonal so management let pretty much anybody in. Had to take a quick test, which was easy enough. The woman who interviewed me was very personable during the process.
It was very smooth process. They asked me 4 or 5 questions and then let me ask questions. They gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to the other people working there.
The interview process was swift and easygoing. The managers had great personalities and were easy to communicate with. They made you feel at home before you even started the interview.
