Interview
One on one Skype interview with a current employee of the same position who referred me to their HR dept which paid for me to travel and stay in Atlanta for a round robin interview. Met with 7 different people all back to back one on one. It was good because I was able to meet people from all different departments. Con I had was the time limit I had with each person - It was all very rushed and some of the people I spoke to from the very beginning came across as not really being interested in having to do an interview at all even though I had just sat down and hadn't even said anything yet.
