I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Holiday Inn Club Vacations (Branson, MO) in Jan 2019
Interview
1 Phone Interview. Then I was brought in a day or two later for face to face interviews. Interview with the talent acquisition went well. After that I waited for an interview with a sales manager. This was a difficult one. I was asked to role play a Q&A scenario, the manager being a customer. These were multiple questions and/or objections a customer would ask if they were being sold a timeshare at a presentation. It was difficult to respond to them having never been through Holiday Inn's training.
After this another manager was suppose to interview me, however I don't think i responded to their role playing questions well. I was told since the other manager was busy a regular sales rep off the floor sat down and asked the remainder of the questions.
