Generally, the interview was not difficult. I was given a test and a quiz and plenty of time for it. Then the manager talked to me, nothing special, very typical questions. Then she showed me the property and told how great is to work at Holiday Inn Express and how many benefits people get there. We discussed the salary, the benefits, etc. A couple days later I received a job offer.

I called after submitting an application on Indeed I was scheduled for the interview within the week and got the job at the interview and started the next day. The interview was brief and focused on personal discussion for the first part but later went on to questions

Waited an annoying amount of time to be greeted, assistant manager sat down with me in the hotel lobby, and asked basic interview questions. Process was maybe 30 minutes in total.
