I’ve been on my interviews in my career journey and I have never experienced anything quite like this. The manager (same person who had called me to invite me for an interview) had my CV in front of me but knew nothing about me, I have over 8 years of reception experience and 2 years management experience within the admin field and at the end of what was meant to be an interview he told me he doesn’t think I have enough experience but would offer me the role for £9.5 an hr - which I declined because that’s min wage. I asked what his receptionist are on if he’s offering the supervisor £9.5 which he replied £9.2 I tried to explain that’s illegal and he did not care - at all. If I was you I’d stay clear!
