The banquet manager for some reason wasn't available, although she had scheduled the interview with me, but the F&B manager at the time walked me around the facilities and talked to me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Holiday Inn (Fairborn, OH) in Sep 2016
Interview
It's more complicated than it should be. Three different people interviewed me and the process took 2 different days to interview. It took me almost a month to start the job even after being accepted. Its a good job to have as part time because one season can be overwhelmingly busy and the next can be so slow that you don't get a shift till the next month or two. Hence pay is rocky, you never know what to expect. Banquet pay literally depends on the sales team getting people to the hotel to have events.
