Manager contacted me 4 days after I submitted application asking when I was available for 30 minutes. At the interview, the manager went over some things on my application and asked me questions about how I would handle certain situations. Interview lasted around 20-30 minutes and told me on the spot that I had received the job! Overall interview was very laid back and the manager was very understanding of every answer I gave him!
