Initial interview was with HR for a phone screen to verify basic information like non-smoking and criminal record etc. This followed with a phone interview with head of operations. This followed by an in person visit to the office in Las Vegas including office tour. While in the office, took a battery of written tests including MS Excel knowledge, typing test, attention to detail, timed math questions, and a written business letter based on scenarios. Office tour was great, atmosphere was upbeat and people looked happy, excellent HR staff. While on site, interviewed with CEO/owner who made offer on the spot. Normal process would have also involved a group session with other hires to review company culture and philosophy training.
