Hologic Finance Systems Analyst interview questions

After submitting my CV online, I was invited to a telephone interview with an internal recruiter. The interview was pleasant - the interviewer got to know me more (my previous experience, management expectations, work location) and I learned more about the team and manager. The interview took 45 minutes. I received an email 1 week later stating that my application had been unsuccessful. Hologic also asked me to leave feedback for their recruitment process. Ironically, I was not given any feedback myself on why I was unsuccessful. I really do think Hologic should have given feedback after an unsuccessful phone interview, especially if they are going to ask for feedback on their own recruitment process!
