The process consisted of a 30 min initial phone interview screening. I heard immediately back from recruiter and was scheduled for an on site. I had 3 on-site interviews meeting 7 interviewers.

It was very conversational. There weren't any "what if" scenarios. They described what the position was and I related my experience to their needs.
Applied and rejected after 3 days, but the hiring manager and director was very helpful and supportive. I enjoyed the exchange with them and look forward to crossing paths again.

Was directly called for an onsite interview. Interviewed with 3 people. One with an analyst, senior manager and a director. Questions on SQL, BI tools, requirement analysis. The analyst asked many resume based questions. Prior work experience and college projects.
