It was pretty straight forward, and quite a nice team to speak with, however, it feels like they stringed me along and kept utilizing my time for wasted effort as they did not give me an offer, I believe in Hologic’s mission and believe they are building something awesome. It feels as if they don’t know what they are looking for and don’t know how to pick a candidate. Almost everyone I interviewed with is remote, I requested an on-site interview and got one. I felt like it went very well including many others, but it ended up falling through. I wish the teams I spoke with and all of Hologic the best, but I already know why they didn’t chose me and that is okay. I just wish they actually knew what they were looking for.
