Interview
Had a very good interview experience when applying for the position. When doing each step of the process (phone interview, zoom interview, in-person) they would contact me hours after each round and explained clearly the next steps

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hologic in Apr 2025
Interview
I only had an interview over a phone call with HR for the first round and didn't move forward. Typical behavioral questions and a brief introduction about the position and compensation. It seemed like HR was typing while listening to my answer because she asked the question that I just answered in the previous one. She promised that she would get back to me in two days, or no later than three days. She ended up ghosting me after the deadline, and all I got was an automatic rejection letter.
