I was initially contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview. After confirming a date and time and using their booking tool, the recruiter failed to show up for our meeting. It took a week of me following up before she responded, claiming my emails had gone to her spam folder. We eventually rescheduled our screening call, but the recruiter seemed rushed and didn't provide a thorough explanation of the position. I was informed I would hear back within seven working days. I received a generic rejection two days after the promised deadline. Overall, the communication and organisation throughout the process were very poor.
