Pretty smooth and I had a nice conversation with both interviews. First round was with HR and next round was with the hiring manager. It was a very nice conversation with. I ended up passing on this position.
Submitted application, then got a request to do a preliminary call, scheduled 3 30 minute interviews back to back with different research sects, got back to me 2 weeks later
